Helpful staff provided great communication and were quick to assist with any issues, including urgent requests during our stay. The suite offered a clean environment with a fairly nice atmosphere, but some fixtures were in need of repair, and the kitchen showed dust and chipped dishes. Conveniently located, we enjoyed dining on fresh seafood at nearby restaurants. Though our family of four had an enjoyable time, the room could benefit from a thorough update to enhance the overall experience.

The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from the Colosseum and the Archeological Museum. The spacious room was great for hanging out and was well-equipped with a fridge. We loved grabbing cappuccinos in the morning and enjoying the local atmosphere. Staff were friendly and kept our luggage safe while we explored the city.
One downside was hearing some noise from other guests coming back at odd hours, which interrupted our sleep a bit.

The superb location allowed for a short stroll to all major sights, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The superior double room was impeccably clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and refreshing cold bottled water daily. An added plus was the welcoming staff, who provided a helpful map and local dining recommendations. However, occasional noise from neighboring rooms impacted sleep quality, and there were moments of long waits for assistance since the reception wasn't always attended.
